The HHMM690 is a low-cost, simple-to-operate moisture meter. Simply push the sensing pins into the wood to read the percent of moisture content (measuring range 8 to 28%). Three lights will indicate the moisture content of the wood: Green: "Air dry" condition Yellow: Slightly in excess of normal Red: Excess moisture The HHMM690 works based on the principle of electrical resistance.
